Main features of XINZHONG FG seriesbillet/round TCM
（1）Special prefabricated water cooling car body design, which largely extended the TCM life time under long term high working temperature.
（2）The TCM with lower curve cutting nozzle movement path is equipped XINZHONG specialized cutting torch arm/compact coaxial structure, which eliminated cutting nozzle starting difficult when billet deviation leads cutting torch edge can not arrive the right position caused by uneven secondary cooling water during small billet casting.
（3）Excellent water cooling system design: ① it adopts cooling water overflowing for reducing pressure while there is high pressure, which can avoid equipments welding seam crack. ② Automatic alarm while cooling water break off to avoid TCM dangerous cutting without water.
（4）Advanced equal pressure powder spraying design, the spraying is continuous, stable and adjustable.
（5）Practical cutting program, designed and programmed by XINZHONG, it integrated all the domestic users experience with features of full function, convenient operating and easy for revising.
